Competition is a fact of life. It forces us to stretch. The Business Strategy Club welcomes competitive challenges. We love to innovate and initiate strategies in competitive markets and industries.

We will help you gain an edge on your competitors by developing strategies and tactics which are made to fit your scenario. In the past, we have had a number of companies request suggestions for competitive scenarios.

An executive from an internet service provider (ISP) came to us for competitive advice. A new entrant into the market had a different price structure and they were able to underprice the companies currently in the market.

It was clear that focusing on better service wasn't going to generate the revenue needed to stay in the market. A new plan had to be devised.

Our club devised ways to decrease the price of the service to the customer while increasing revenues by introducing new revenue streams. We also provided a series of strategic and tactical ideas to dominate a market which is rapidly becoming commoditized.
