The Business Strategy Club has repeatedly consulted with business owners about new ventures and growth management.

New Ventures:
There are two types of new venture consultations: The first involves developing a framework, business plan and feasibility analysis for a new business idea. The second type of consultation involves perfecting a new existing business.

Consultation type 1:
Many business owners have ideas for new projects, but they don’t know where to start, how to make the project grow. We will help you determine whether the project is feasible, as well as the best development, pricing, marketing, and competitive techniques.

Consultation type 2:
Businesses don’t usually grow as planned. There are many issues that come up in the process of developing a new business. We provide business owners with insights and practical advice to get their business in the black and to help it stay there.

Growth Management:
We live in an era when companies face ever-changing challenges. New strategies, creative solutions, and competitive tactics are needed on a regular basis. We have dealt with a number of companies wishing to increase their business and we would be more than happy to work with companies which are struggling to handle their rapid growth and with companies who are struggling to grow rapidly.
